We have had a great few months of diving with lots of excellent dive trips, discover scuba diving experience dives, Open Water courses, Advanced Open Water courses, some new Divemasters and the start of some technical diving courses. There is such a varied range of diving courses available here due to there being so many different types of dive sites.
Diving in Cyprus offers many dive sites for all experience levels and is a top location for all levels of diver training. For beginners there are some fantastic shallow water sites in Paphos and Latchi to either try diving or to complete the entry level Open Water course. These dive sites offer perfect conditions and depths with stunning marine life.
For Advanced Open Water courses there are more advanced and deeper dive sites to help build the divers experience and confidence levels. Pistol Bay, Ampitheatre, St Georges Island, Limassol wrecks, the Zenobia and many other sites offer a range of depths and different types of dives. All these diving locations are also perfect for other levels of diver training such as a range of specialities, the rescue diver course and professional diver training courses from Divemaster to Instructor levels.
Advanced Open Water divers, the Deep diver speciality and technical divers can enjoy sites such as the Zenobia wreck, St Georges Island and Jubilee Shoals which have greater depths in which to dive and train in. For specialities like underwater navigation, nitrox, wreck diver and many more there is such differing topography that provides the best experience for each, challenges the students and ensures the best quality and most enjoyable training.
All of the reasons above are why thousands of divers visit Cyprus every year to try diving for the first time, learn to dive, or to complete a new qualification.
