Terms and Conditions
!!! IMPORTANT UPDATE FROM 20th April 2020 - Due to the current COVID-19 situation; !!!
For the forseeable future all bookings will not be subject to our normal Terms and Conditions with regard to non-refundable deposits. In any ongoing new communications during our customers enquiries certain bookings can be made with no deposit required. All other bookings where a deposit is paid then that deposit is 100% refundable if it is anyway affected by proven future problems with COVID-19 (flight cancellations, holiday operator cancellations, local and international restrictions on movements, hotel cancellations etc). This is updated to give our customers more future confidence in making their required bookings. The only exemption is for course materials supplied which can be used anyway at a future date.
Please find our standard booking conditions and other important information.
A non refundable deposit will be agreed and charged at the time of the booking.
Changes to bookings by us will be unlikely but occasionally we may have to make changes due to unseen circumstances.
We reserve the right to rearrange your diving session to another day, time or dive site due to adverse sea conditions.
Customers agree to abide by the rules and decisions of Cyprus Diving Adventures staff in all diving matters.
Full payment is completed on the day and no refunds are made after the days activities have started.
When you make a group booking you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions. You also agree on behalf of everyone in your party to be bound by them.

Any payment in full is non refundable if you have booked a day or series of days and decide to cancel unless due to medical or other emergency conditions within 48 hours.
CORONAVIRUS - we are currently supporting our existing bookings by looking to transfer bookings and payments received to another date, This can be this or even next year and your booking can be held in credit until you rebook your holiday.
